All prices on our website are displayed and billed in Canadian dollars.

Order Processing & Shipping

We aim to process orders within 48 business hours. During peak times, high-volume processing may take up to 5 business days to process.

Orders over $75* CAD (pre-tax and shipping rates) are eligible for free shipping to Canadian addresses only.

Ontario: You should receive your package within 1 to 4 business days. During peak times, it could take up to 7 business days. Flat rate shipping fees in Ontario are currently $12*.

Outside Ontario: You should receive your package within 5 to 7 business days. During peak times, it could take up to 14 business days. Flat rate shipping fees outside Ontario are currently $20*.

Local pickup is located in Granton, Ontario.

We are currently not shipping outside of Canada.

Inventory Availability

We try to ensure that any items you order will be available at the time of your order. However, on occasion items may become temporarily out of stock. Your order could be delayed, partially shipped, partially refunded or we may reach out to you regarding out of stock items.

Returns Policy

Due to the nature of our products and Canadian health, safety and hygiene regulations, all sales are final.

Damaged, defective or product errors should be reported to us upon receipt.

Please send an email to inquiries@teafromtheheart.com with the Subject Line Damaged or Incorrect Product. Please include your name, a telephone number and a detailed description of your concern. Someone will respond to your email inquiry within 1 to 2 business days.
