When will I receive my first box?
If you subscribe by the 1st of the month, your box will ship by the 15th. Orders placed after the 1st will receive their first box the following month.
How do I pay for my subscription?
We currently accept e-Transfer payments. You'll receive a monthly invoice on the 1st of each month from payments@teafromtheheart.com. Your box ships once payment is confirmed.
Can I skip a month or cancel?
Absolutely! You can skip, pause, or cancel your subscription anytime before the 1st of the month through your account dashboard or by emailing us at orders@teafromtheheart.com.
Do you ship across Canada?
Yes! We ship to all provinces and territories in Canada. Shipping is always free for Tea Club members.
Can I gift a subscription?
Yes! Tea Club subscriptions make perfect gifts. You can purchase 3, 6, or 12-month gift subscriptions. We'll include a personalized gift note with the first box.
